Most AI literacy training teaches people how to use tools. This one teaches people how to think about them.

The difference matters because the risk in most organisations isn't that staff refuse to use AI. It's that they use it without any framework for evaluating what it gives them. They accept outputs. They don't interrogate them. And when something goes wrong, the "AI did it" defence evaporates immediately.

MIT Media Lab's 2025 EEG study found that LLM users consistently showed the weakest neural connectivity over four months compared to peers doing the same work without AI assistance. The researchers called it cognitive debt. It's not about whether to use AI. It's about what habits you build around it.
